AIM Emerging Leadership Academy - Spring Session
AIM Emerging Leadership Academy is a dynamic leadership development program designed for professionals across various industries who are ready to step into leadership roles or enhance their existing skills.
This program is ideal for emerging leaders, first-time managers with 0–2 years of experience leading a team, and professionals looking to refine their leadership skills. This program also provides practical tools and insights to effectively lead teams, departments and organizations.
Through interactive workshops, expert-led discussions, and real-world applications, participants will gain essential leadership competencies, including effective communication, team management, and strategic thinking. This cohort-based program fosters collaboration and networking among professionals from diverse backgrounds, providing a supportive environment for growth.
AIM membership is required to be a member of the Leadership Academy. If your company (or organization) is not a member of AIM, the membership team will follow up with a membership agreement prior to the first session. Participants will not be permitted to begin the program without current AIM membership. The class is limited to 30 participants to allow for increased engagement with instructors and individual attention.
Whether you are stepping into leadership for the first time or seeking a refresher, this experience will equip you with the confidence and skills needed to lead with impact.

The 2025 AIM Emerging Tech Leadership Academy Spring Session will be conducted over 8 weeks with 1- 5 p.m. sessions every other Thursday starting March 27th.
