Open House & Free Kidney Health Fair
Advanced Kidney Care is proud to invite the community to a New Location Open House and Free Kidney Health Fair on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at our new clinic located at 900 Woodbury Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa. This event celebrates the growth of Advanced Kidney Care and our continued commitment to providing high-quality, comprehensive kidney care right here in Council Bluffs and throughout Southwest Iowa — without the need to travel across the river.
This free, family-friendly event is open to everyone and designed to educate, engage, and empower our community around kidney health. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the new clinic, meet our physicians and staff, and visit a variety of interactive educational stations hosted by healthcare partners and vendors.
Educational topics will include kidney transplant awareness with a visiting transplant team, home peritoneal dialysis and home hemodialysis with real-time machine demonstrations, proteinuria, genetic kidney disease, hypertension management, and the growing field of interventional nephrology — including procedures and minimally invasive surgeries available to our patients. These stations are designed for all levels of understanding, whether you are managing kidney disease, supporting a loved one, or simply interested in learning more about kidney health.
In addition to education, guests can enjoy free food and refreshments, and take part in exciting raffle drawings throughout the event. Prizes include a Blackstone grill, Apple Watch, Apple Earbuds, genetic testing kits, Yeti and Stanley mugs, and many more giveaways.
This event serves as both a celebration of our new clinic space and a way to give back to the community through education and awareness. We look forward to welcoming patients, families, neighbors, and community members from Council Bluffs and Southwest Iowa for an informative and enjoyable day focused on health, connection, and community.
