Are you looking to challenge yourself? Are you looking to train for something? This is the perfect opportunity to do both of those things! This indoor triathlon is a great way to test your endurance and try a triathlon in a safe environment.
The race is for those 12 and older and the race format is fixed time:
Swim: 15 minutes (laps counted)
Bike: 20 minutes (distance recorded on monitor)
Run: 20 minutes (distance counted)
Total distance accumulated = participant’s score.
