B&B Classic Hot Dog Sale


BELLEVUE, Neb. — TeamMates of Bellevue will host its second annual B&B Classic Dogs fundraiser on Saturday, March 28, from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at the Lied Activity Center. The event will feature specialty hot dogs from B&B Classic Dogs, raffle baskets, and a $200 cash raffle, with proceeds supporting mentoring for Bellevue students. Diane Bruce, owner of B&B Classic Dogs, is excited to bring back her signature hot dogs and reconnect with longtime customers while helping raise funds for a local cause. Guests will be able to enjoy four of B&B Classic Dogs’ fan-favorite hot dogs: Some Mitch – creamy mac and cheese, bacon, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce JRZ – a sweet and sassy combination of melted cream cheese and purple pepper jelly PBB – melted peanut butter and bacon Classic Chicago – mustard, green relish, minced onion, diced tomatoes, pickle spear, sport peppers, and celery salt Side dishes of mac and cheese or potato salad will also be available. Both cash and credit card payments will be accepted. There will be plenty of seating available inside the Lied Activity Center for guests who wish to dine at the event, and takeout orders will also be available. TeamMates of Bellevue was established in 2012 and has served hundreds of Bellevue students through mentoring relationships that support academic success and personal growth. The TeamMates Mentoring Program works to inspire students to reach their full potential through mentoring. Today, TeamMates serves more than 10,000 youth in over 180 communities across Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Kansas, South Dakota, and Missouri. Mentors meet with their mentees one-on-one at school once a week during the academic year. Community members are encouraged to attend the event, enjoy a meal, and support mentoring efforts in Bellevue.
