The Foundation for Breast & Prostate Health (FBPH) hosted its 15th Annual Give the Shirt Off Your Back! GTSOYB remains Philadelphias most high-profile fund-raising effort and a highlight of the fall gala season. The 2009 GTSOYB Black & White Ball was a striking evening with guests adorned in black and white evening wear, remarkable dcor by Evantine Design and cuisine by the five-star Rittenhouse Hotel. The Eddie Bruce Orchestra provided music and there was a luxurious silent auction to attract bidders of all ages. This years GTSOYB also featured the first ever Young Friends of FBPH event. Young Friends of FPBH is a group of young professionals from the Philadelphia area dedicated to furthering FBPHs mission to help eradicate breast and prostate cancer. The event, featured cocktails, food stations, and a silent auction, followed by dessert and dancing for all guests of Give the Shirt Off Your Back!. Two hundred seventy-two guests attended raising over $300,000 for FBPH.
