Presley Tweed: Fancy AF, a comic cabaret performed by Rodney Brazil, will appear at the 2026 New York City Fringe Festival with FRIGID New York at The Rat NYC this spring. The show follows Presley Tweed, a deluded, never-quite-made-it “almost-star,” as he spins outrageous tales of auditions, ex-boyfriends, and chaotic brushes with fame, blending sharp storytelling with pop and Broadway-inspired tunes.
Brazil, a longtime fringe artist who last appeared at New York City Fringe with his show "Meaningless," brings over 15 years of performing Presley Tweed to New York audiences for the first time. Known for his boundary-bending solo work and original plays, Brazil infuses Presley Tweed: Fancy AF with his signature mix of heart, irreverence, and theatrical camp. The show is co-written by Brazil and playwright Benjamin Farha.
The New York City Fringe engagement features music direction by Stephanie Keegan-Moring and a special guest appearance by Jessica Carabajal. With its blend of musical comedy and unhinged queer flair, this show promises an evening that is as unpredictable as it is unforgettable.
