2026 Women's Empowerment Summit: The Corporate Ladder and the Entrepreneurial Shift
On Thursday, March 12, 2026, Inspiring FACES, Inc. will present the Women’s Empowerment Summit Panel Discussion, titled “The Corporate Ladder & the Entrepreneurial Shift,” at Montclair State University’s School of Communication and Media Presentation Hall.
This engaging panel discussion will bring together women at various stages of transitioning from corporate careers into entrepreneurship. Panelists will discuss leadership growth, career pivots, business ownership, and the personal and professional decision-making involved in redefining success. The session will conclude with an interactive audience Q&A.
In addition to the panel discussion, the event will feature a Women’s Marketplace from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, open to the public at no cost. The marketplace will showcase women-owned businesses and service providers. Women college students who own businesses are eligible for a discounted vendor table rate to participate.
The panel discussion will take place from 2:00–3:30 PM and requires registration. Seating is first come, first served.
