To celebrate what would have been Paul Bocuse’s 100th birthday, Blue Box Café is honoring his extraordinary legacy with a special dish: Oeufs à la Neige aux Pralines Roses. This classic French dessert pairs light, airy meringue floating atop silky custard, finished with the delicate crunch of pink pralines. Located in the iconic Tiffany & Co. flagship on Fifth Avenue, Blue Box Café is known for its refined, contemporary dining experience inspired by luxury and design. Available all day February 9–12, for $19, a portion of proceeds will benefit Ment’or and the Bocuse d’Or Team USA.
