Ring in the New Year with Benjamin Prime and Benjamin Steakhouse
While both locations offer the same elevated New Year’s dining experience, menu selections vary slightly by restaurant as outlined. Guests at both locations may begin with Blue Point oysters by the half dozen on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, seasonal greens salad with cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette, sizzling extra-thick Canadian bacon, or lobster bisque. Benjamin Steakhouse also offers a lump crab cake with red pepper coulis. While the dining experience is equally exceptional at both locations, menu selections vary slightly by restaurant.
Entrée selections available at both restaurants include a USDA Prime dry-aged bone-in rib eye, rack of lamb with au jus, Scottish salmon, Chilean sea bass, and a classic surf and turf featuring USDA Prime filet mignon with lobster, shrimp, and king crab, served with bordelaise and beurre blanc.
Side selections vary by location. Benjamin Prime offers mashed potatoes, Prime home fries with sautéed onions, creamless creamed spinach, broccoli, or crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy glaze and Marcona almonds. Benjamin Steakhouse offers Benjamin home fries, mashed potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, or classic creamed spinach.
Finish the evening with dessert, choosing from New York cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, or carrot cake, served with freshly brewed coffee or tea.
