Play Soiree
It brings together champions of education and child development from across the community to support LCM’s mission to be a relevant solution to our community's challenges and aspirations. This special evening also allows us to honor and celebrate positively impactful contributors and philanthropists in our community while offering adults a unique opportunity to explore the museum, which is usually reserved for children.
This year’s Play Soirée will transform the Museum into a magical experience inspired by Maurice Sendak's beloved children’s book Where the Wild Things Are. The evening will feature music, dancing, and delicious local cuisine, uniting supporters around a shared purpose: ensuring all Louisiana children can access the Museum’s enriching experiences.
