Love Your Vision- Vision Board Workshop
Celebrate self-love and set your intentions for the year ahead with Love Your Vision, a creative vision board workshop hosted by Sound Health and Wellness. This event is designed to help you reflect on your goals, dreams, and values through the power of visual storytelling. The workshop will be led by Traci Schneider, an art therapy graduate student. She will guide you in creating a personalized vision board. No prior artistic experience is necessary—just bring your ideas and an open mind! All materials will be provided.
