Naugatuck Valley Genealogy Club Open House
Club members will be available to assist attendees with how to start your search for past generations and, for those of you searching for a while, offer alternative resources to potentially break down that brick wall. Demonstrations will include Family Search, My Heritage, and other search sites. Other resources will be available as well. Our membership has experience searching many nationalities including but not limited to English, Irish, German, Polish, and Italian.
The public is invited and there is no charge for the Open House. The Open House is in person only. Guests are requested to preregister by sending an email to nvgcguestz2020@gmail.com no later than one week prior to the scheduled Open House. Please include your full name, address, phone number and email address with your request.
Our regular monthly meetings, featuring an informational program, are the 2nd Saturday of the month (except July & August). These meetings are hybrid meetings which you may attend at the Prospect Library or via Zoom. Members will receive Zoom invitations and non-members can request an invitation (two times only before becoming a member) by emailing their full name, address, telephone number and email address to nvgcguestz2020@gmail.com no later than two days prior to the scheduled meeting.
