Spring Apple Hunt at Lyman Orchards
The Lyman Orchards Spring Apple Hunt Returns!
An annual family tradition continues! Children ages 1-10 years old are invited to join the fun at our Spring Apple Hunt on Saturday, April 12th at the Apple Barrel Farm Market. Thousands of Lyman's own eco-certified apples will be hidden among scattered hay bales - ready for eager hunters to discover! It's the perfect way to make lasting memories on the farm.
Apple Hunt admission is $17.00 per child (ages 1 to 10 years old)
Each participating child will receive:
- Lyman Orchards Spring Apple Hunt T-shirt
- Coupon for a free 6" Lyman Orchards cream pie (valid only on the event date, inside the Apple Barrel)
- Your very own Apple Hunt bucket to gather apples
(T-shirt sizes will be selected at check-in on event day. Preferred sizes are not guaranteed, but we will do our best!)
Pancake Party & Farm Market Treats
Make it a delicious morning! Enjoy pancakes and breakfast sandwiches at the Apple Barrel Deli until 11 AM (available for an additional cost). The Apple Barrel Farm Market opens at 9 AM, serving fresh coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches and a variety of homemade baked goods.
Schedule:
10:00 AM: Ages 1-3
10:35 AM: Ages 4-6
11:10 AM: Ages 7-10
11:45 AM: Ages 1-3
Advanced registration is required.
For the enjoyment of all our guests, capacity is limited for the apple hunt. All children must be pre-registered online in advance. Once we reach our capacity in a specific age group, tickets will no longer be available.
Please remember that one adult is allowed to enter the Apple Hunting area with children in the 1-3 and 4-6 age groups. You will be asked to hang behind while the children start the hunt, and you will be able to join in minutes later. Parents are not permitted to accompany their child into the Apple Hunting area for children ages 7 and above. All sales final; no refunds.
Check-In Details:
- Arrive up to 60 minutes before your hunt time to check-in.
- Bring your email confirmation/receipt (printed or on your phone).
- Check-in will be organized alphabetically by last name used at purchase.
What if it Rains?
If the Apple Hunt is postponed due to inclement weather on April 12th, your Apple Hunt tickets are valid for the rain-date of Sunday, April 13th.
We will notify everyone by email and Facebook if we need to reschedule.
