Free your mind and body, gain strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace. Floor space limited to first 10 people. No cost to attendees. Mats, bolsters, and rolled towels are suggested but not required. Sponsored by The Phoenix. TriCircle, a local nonprofit organization providing resources to individuals and families affected by the disease of addiction, hosts this event each last Saturday of the month.
