Holiday Sale - Friends of the C.H. Booth Library

Sale hours are 9:30 am-5 pm on Saturday December 7 and 11:00 am-5 pm on Sunday December 8. A long-time feature of Newtown’s early December holiday celebration, the 2024 Holiday Sale will once again offer a huge selection of holiday and gift items, all reasonably priced, for everyone on shoppers’ gift lists. The Friends will be selling thousands of new and like-new gift-quality books for all ages, jigsaw puzzles, video games, stocking-stuffers, media and other gift items. All of the books are in excellent condition and arranged for easy browsing. Adult non-fiction ranges from art to cooking to crafts to history and biography to the natural world, and everything in-between. Fiction readers will find a large selection of novels in all genres--mysteries, thrillers, romance, classics and more. For both adults and children on your list, you’ll also find many beautiful books that convey the joy of Christmas, Hanukkah and Kwanzaa. Holiday Sale shoppers can pay by cash, check, or credit card.
