Connecticut’s Hidden History: 1640-1848, OLLI Course
Our upcoming online course through the University of Connecticut Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is the perfect chance to expand your regional knowledge. OLLI provides low-cost adult-education for those 50+.
This OLLI course explores notable events and periods in Connecticut history through untold or unknown stories of the people and places which participated. Presented by Westport Museum staff members, the hidden history of Connecticut comes alive through original objects, artifacts and archival materials from the museum’s collection.
This is the first session of an eight-week virtual course that will culminate with an in-person visit to the Museum and Main Street to explore how the town relates to the course’s themes.
