Nature is full of changes—and a frog’s life is full of excitement! Follow the life of a frog from egg to tadpole to froglet to adult, exploring all the challenges along the way.
In May, we’ll read Frog by Maggie Li, a charmingly illustrated book that engages young readers with questions that spark curiosity and build critical thinking skills as they follow the fascinating life cycle of one frog.
Swing by the Connecticut River Museum for take-home craft activities that engage kids with the Connecticut River’s stunning wildlife and rich history! Crafts will take place in the Museum’s Boathouse. A program just for kids 4+ and their caregivers, River Tales includes a story and craft activity themed around nature.
Non-members: $3 per learner
Members: FREE!
Museum admission is not included with ticket purchase.
