Raised in Oakland, CA by parents who emigrated from Hong Kong, Lau’s Chinese American cuisine is shaped by her Bay Area upbringing and her years working in New York City. The collaboration menu features Chef Lau and the Icehouse teams’ inventive take on the holiday with dishes like Char Siu Sablefish Sandwiches, Alaska Escabeche, Crab Rangoon Uncrustables, Scallion Pancake Calzones, King Crab Egg Drop Soup, and Pork Belly Rice Bowls, plus more.
