2026 Bridge to Excellence Conference
Bridge to Excellence empowers Middle Tennessee nonprofits to expand their impact through targeted training and collaboration. This Center for Nonprofit Excellence initiative provides the tools necessary to strengthen operations, foster diverse leadership and ensure long-term sustainability. Our goal is to build a thriving, resilient nonprofit community that stays responsive to the evolving needs of our community.
Our 2026 keynote speaker is Joan Garry, founder of the Nonprofit Leadership Lab and an international expert in change management and leadership transitions. Joining her is opening speaker Sarah Saadian, Senior VP of Public Policy for the National Council of Nonprofits, who brings 15 years of experience advancing federal policy on Capitol Hill.
