This is a South Africa Primer Class... There is so much to learn! We will explore the many regions and tasting what each is best known to produce.
Expect to taste crisp + bright whites, as well as richer age-worthy bottlings. The reds will span from fresh, chillable Cinsault to bold international varietal blends of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon + Syrah.
