Cinco de Mayo Brunch with Cocktails at Federales Tacos and Tequila
Federales Tacos and Tequila is turning Cinco de Mayo into a weekend extension with a Cinco de Mayo brunch bash kicking off at noon on 5/5.
The doors open early with a special brunch for the day and while amateurs celebrated over the weekend, true festivities begin when you're face-to-face with Federales brunch. Think Chilaquiles with a sunny-side-up egg, a Breakfast Torta that's essentially a Mexican flavor fiesta between bread, and don't miss the Flan French Toast – technically brunch but let's call it what it is: a socially acceptable morning dessert. The star of the show: the "thicker than snickers" Federales Bacon – thick-cut pork belly that took a vacation to Mexico. Combat yesterday's questionable decisions with a hangover-healing Michelada or embrace sophistication with their Purple Pantalones cocktail – pants strongly recommended.
