2025 Walk with Us 5k (walk & run)
Jordan Johnson was a high school freshman participating in travel sports when he was hit in the head with a baseball. Scans at Monroe Carroll Jr. Chidren's Hospital revealed a brain lesion, likely there since birth. After surgery Jordan re-learned EVERYTHING.
Five years after surgery and intensive rehab, Jordan was able to walk on his high school graduation stage to receive his diploma.
Last year, in partnership with the Williamson County Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EIC), the WalkwithUs 5K was born. This year Vanderbilt is breaking ground to build Tennessee’s first pediatric rehab facility! The families in Tennessee deserve this.
Last year the walk raised $18k. This year we want to beat this number. Please join us.
