New Rehearsal Space - Open House
A new rehearsal facility has officially opened its doors in Franklin. BLKBX Studios & Storage, developed by Integrated Production Solutions (IPS), is welcoming the local community, artists, and industry professionals to a drop-in open house on Wednesday, May 27 from 3PM–8PM. The event is free and open to the public, featuring tours, music, drinks, a food truck, and giveaways.
Designed for touring professionals, artists, and the broader creative community, BLKBX adds a purpose-built rehearsal and production space to Middle Tennessee’s thriving music and live events scene.
The facility offers over 9,000 square feet of studio space across three rehearsal rooms, along with dedicated areas for creative work, storage, and day-to-day production needs.
Beyond the studios, BLKBX focuses on the full experience of a rehearsal day. The facility includes comfortable green rooms and lounge areas, along with practical amenities like laundry, showers, and dedicated break spaces. Additional features, including a coffee bar, gym, and walking track, are nearing completion and will further support day-to-day workflow, alongside on-site parking and efficient load-in access.
With close proximity to hotels, restaurants, and everyday amenities, the location makes it easier for touring teams and local creatives alike to stay connected to the surrounding community while working.
