This exclusive evening offers guests a first taste of our new Spring Seasonal Menu, thoughtfully crafted to highlight fresh ingredients and bold Southern flavors. The menu was personally curated by our Executive Chef and Culinary Director, Mark Grimes. The multi-course dinner will feature a selection of seasonal dishes, including a Chilled Spring Crab Cake, Spring Strawberry Salad with Burrata and Arugula, Bourbon Glazed Short Rib, and Airline Chicken, along with additional menu options for guests to choose from. Priced at $109 per person, this intimate culinary experience features limited seating and an inviting atmosphere designed for connection and conversation. Guests may also enhance the evening with a Sommelier-curated wine pairing, available for an additional cost, thoughtfully selected to complement the flavors of the evening.
