Join Chef Roberto Alcocer for the first annual Ring-In-Spring, a seasonal dining event celebrating the Spring Equinox with a four-course tasting menu showcasing Baja California's newest spring wine releases. Featuring rosés, whites, young reds, and sparkling wines, including Chef Alcocer's own pét-nat sparkling wine, Champú. Multiple Baja wineries will be on-site pouring their newest vintages.
