In celebration of National Espresso Martini Day on March 15th, The Rooftop Bar at Mission Pacific Beach Resort is serving up this iconic cocktail all month long. Enjoy specialty variations, like the Classic Dark Espresso Martini, Creamy Espresso Martini, or Coconut Espresso Martini—each featuring a bold blend of vodka, coffee liqueur, and espresso.
As part of The Rooftop Bar’s new Postcard Series, guests are invited to celebrate the holiday with specialty cocktails and receive a custom postcard detailing the cocktail’s recipe and history to take home.
