Lass Your Aff Off! Stand-up Comedy
February will be Jumpin’ with Jay when Jay Hewlett returns to The Z. Jay has appeared on Comic View on BET, the Boston Comedy Festival, the Sundance and Cannes Film Festivals, the Sunscreen & AOF Film Festivals. He performs regularly in Los Angeles at the Comedy Store, the Improv and the Ice House. He plays clubs and colleges across the country, and you've seen him on The Showtime Comedy Club Network, as Phil the Photographer on NBC's California Dreams, and in Touchstone Pictures Krippendorf's Tribe.
We are also excited to welcome back the very funny Mary Kennedy! Mary appears regularly at Flappers Comedy Club, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store. When in NYC, she is a regular at Broadway Comedy Club and Greenwich Comedy Club. She's toured nationally with Mom’s Night Out which subsequently was in development with NickMom/Viacom. Her hilarious comedy was also on the LIVE version of Showtime’s Comedy Special, Funny Women of a Certain Age at the Hollywood Improv and at Flappers.
Joining Jay and Mary is the wonderfully funny Bob Ooten. Bob can be seen performing regularly throughout a variety of OC & LA clubs. His low-key delivery, instant likability, and comedic observations, has made him an audience favorite wherever he performs.
Our show will be hosted by the very funny Georgia Kelley. Georgia has been performing all over in Orange County, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara comedy clubs. She is a single mom of 4 teenage daughters, so comedy is at her fingertips! When Georgia began performing comedy her family said, "I think we've all been waiting for this, we just didn't know it!"
