The 8000 sq. mile St. Croix River watershed is a magical place that offers wilderness experiences, only an hour or two from home. Local author and conservation educator Angie Hong will read excerpts from her new book and share favorite places to hike, paddle, and find wildlife like bison, skinks, and sandhill cranes. You will learn about local conservation success stories in Scandia and nearby communities. Expect to leave feeling inspired and ready to explore the great outdoors!
