Kids Yoga
Join us for exciting and enriching Kids Yoga classes (adults welcome) designed to nurture the mind, body and spirit of your little ones! Each dynamic and fun-filled session incorporates a blend of breath work, meditation, movement, rest, games and laughter, all while exploring the wonderful world of yoga. Please register every child and adult that plans to attend class. Children (ages 15 and under) are $5 each. Adults pay the regular Yoga in the Gardens rate of $7.50 for members and $27.50 for non-members. Please register on the website.
