Free and open to the community!
Activities will include a puppet show performed by Open Eye Theatre, a face painter, lawn games, food, music, and more! Activities begin at 2:00 p.m. / Puppet show at 4:00 p.m. The library is located at 645 East 7th Street, with the lawn and community labyrinth on the south-west side of the building.
This year’s Open Eye Theatre show will be TUCKER'S ROBOT. Synopsis: Tucker is a bright but self-doubting young boy who must go back in time to learn how to face his fears. How do you go back in time? With a time-traveling robot of course! Together, Tucker and his robot discover the importance of friendship on the journey to boldly being yourself! Everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to relax and enjoy the festivities.
