Bowling For Veterans
Join us Nov 10 for fun & a great cause honoring our military Veterans. Package of 3 games/person for $20 [shoes included]. CASH OR CHECK ONLY! Donations welcome! The Lions will also be collecting your unwanted prescription eyewear and hearing aids.
We all ask ourselves, “What can I do to show my appreciation to our local Veterans?” “How do I help our local Veterans who are in need when I’m not really sure who or where they are?” Beyond the Yellow Ribbon knows how to do that for you & that's why we partnered with them. They offer Veterans:
1 Quick funds for food, gas or household supplies
2 Help with home repair, maintenance and painting
3 Help with yard work, mowing & snow shoveling
4 House cleaning and safe babysitting
5 Rides to & from appointments & help shopping
6 Help finding financial & legal services
7 And so much more...connecting them with other available Veteran services
