Shoreview, MN, March 31, 2026 — Incarnation Lutheran Church is inviting the community to come together in the fight against global hunger through its upcoming All Hands on Hope Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MobilePackTM. Scheduled for April 22–26, 2026, this impactful, multi-day service event will mobilize thousands of volunteers to pack life-saving meals for children in need around the world.
Feed My Starving Children, a Christian nonprofit founded in 1987, provides nutritionally complete meals designed to support children facing malnutrition. These meals are hand-packed by volunteers and distributed globally through trusted partners, delivering both nourishment and hope.
The MobilePack model brings this mission directly into local communities, transforming spaces like churches into high-energy meal-packing sites where volunteers of all ages can make a tangible difference.
Building on a long-standing tradition, Incarnation Lutheran Church has hosted MobilePacks since 2007, engaging more than 33,000 volunteers and packing over 9.8 million meals to date—enough to feed more than 27,000 children for an entire year.
The most recent MobilePack, held in 2025, brought together more than 2,000 volunteers over five days, resulting in the packing of 614,304 meals—providing daily nourishment for 1,683 children for a full year. The event also surpassed its fundraising goal, raising more than $189,000 to support meal production.
“Each year, this event unites people from all walks of life—families, students, community groups, and local organizations—with a shared purpose: to end childhood hunger,” said event organizers. “Together, we are making a lasting impact, one meal at a time.”
The 2026 MobilePack aims to once again bring together over 2,000 volunteers to pack more than 600,000 meals during the five-day event. Participants can sign up for two-hour shifts, making it easy for individuals, families, and groups to get involved.
In addition to volunteering, community members are encouraged to support the event through donations and prayer. Each meal costs just $0.29, and $106 can feed a child for an entire year—making every contribution meaningful and impactful.
The All Hands on Hope MobilePack continues to be a powerful expression of Incarnation’s mission to serve others and address global hunger. With the support of dedicated volunteers and generous donors, the event stands as a testament to what a community can accomplish when united by compassion and purpose.
