Steps to Acceptance Fun Run/Walk and Autism Acceptance Event


This event is going to be bringing awareness, acceptance and learning about autism and neurodiversity to the Hudson community and St. Croix Valley area. Come and learn about what autism is, strengths and challenges of our amazing autism community and learn about all of the AWESOME resources we have in Hudson and surrounding communities (in both Wisconsin and Minnesota) that support neurodiverse individuals. Important Details: Saturday, April 18, 2026 Hudson High School 8:00-11:00 (Run/Walk begins at 9:00) Registration: $25 for Adults and Children 6+ $15 for Children 4-6 Children 3 and under: Free Registration includes a Steps to Acceptance t-shirt. Register by April 1, 2026 to be guaranteed a t-shirt on the day of the event. Registrations received after April 1st will receive their t-shirts after the event. There will be something there for all ages and you will be supporting Spectrum Strong and our mission of supporting families and children with autism through the following: ✨ A silent auction filled with incredible donated items 🧠 Neurodiversity-affirming interactive learning stations 🤝 A resource fair featuring local organizations that support neurodiverse families And yes... a 5K that symbolizes the steps we’re all taking toward greater acceptance. Every dollar raised helps Spectrum Strong continue providing family events and workshops at no cost to families — and helps us grow even more resources for this community.
