Rose Glen Elementary's 64th Annual Chicken BBQ & Raffle
The Rose Glen Elementary community will come together on Sunday, April 26, 2026, for its 64th Annual Chicken BBQ & Raffle, a long-standing tradition that brings families, neighbors, and local supporters together for a day of food, fun, and community connection.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Rose Glen Elementary and is open to the public. All are welcome.
Guests can enjoy a classic grilled chicken dinner, raffles and prizes, games for kids, baked goods, and live entertainment from local performers and student groups. The event offers something for all ages and serves as a springtime tradition for many local families.
Now in its 64th year, the Chicken BBQ & Raffle is one of Rose Glen Elementary’s most anticipated annual events. Proceeds support school programs, classroom resources, and enrichment opportunities that benefit students throughout the year.
Last year’s event raised more than $45,000, helping fund initiatives that enhance the educational experience for Rose Glen students.
“The Chicken BBQ is a true community tradition,” said event organizers. “It’s a chance to come together, enjoy a great meal, and support students in a meaningful way.”
