Create a design, carve a block, and print a pattern on a tote bag. Each student will walk away with a fun and unique bag. Teenagers, age 14 and older, may take most adult classes; some require teacher’s consent. All supplies are included.
Guest Artist-in-Residence from UW Parkside, Leslie Smith!
Leslie Smith makes drawings, prints, and books. She holds an MFA in Book Arts from the University of Iowa Center for the Book. She has taught workshops at Penland School of Craft, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts, and Pyramid Atlantic Art Center. She is currently the Printmaking Artist-in-Residence at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
Online registration closes three business days before class begins. You may also call 262-636-9177 to check for class availability, and to register, Mondays through Saturdays, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Classes are held at RAM’s Wustum Museum, 2519 Northwestern Avenue, Racine.
