Oak Hill Cemetery Memorial Day Commemoration
The program honors all those who gave their lives in defense of liberty, with special recognition given to Nathan Hatch, a Revolutionary War veteran buried at Oak Hill Cemetery.
The 45 minute program includes a variety of local speakers and groups, including the Sons of the American Revolution, Daughters of the American Revolution, Smoky Hollow Muzzle Loaders, Historian Stephen Hauser, City of Brookfield Mayor Ponto, Boy Scout 71 and Brookfield Academy.
A rifle salute will be offered by the Behling-Kutchera American Legion Post 296.
Light refreshments will be available at no charge following the program.
Come join us, weather permitting. Seating is not available, so please bring a lawn chair.
