Milwaukee has no shortage of things to do. The hard part is finding people you actually want to do them with.Somewhere between work, responsibilities, friends moving away, relationships changing, and group chats that never make it off the phone, meeting new people became a whole project.Everybody wants to get out more. It is part of the design.On Wednesday, August 26th, Uptown Society and Milwaukee Discord are bringing the social outside for an evening along the river at Northern Lights Event Venue. It is a chance to enjoy the riverfront while meeting adults who are open to new conversations, new connections, and actual plans.Not “we should hang out sometime.” We mean plans with a day, time, and location.This is not a networking event disguised as a social. Leave the pitch deck at home. It is not a singles mixer, and nobody is assigning you a new best friend before 8 PM.It is simply good people gathering outside, by the water, because they would like a few more good people in their lives.Maybe you are new to Milwaukee. Maybe your social circle has changed. Maybe your friends are wonderful but booked until October.
