The office is open Mon-Fri 8am-4pm and Sat noon-4pm. We strongly suggest picking these items up PRIOR to the event to avoid crowds. And YES, you are able to pick up the bags for everyone in your group.Parking: No worries! Park hassle-free at the Lake Avenue Ramp, Shoop Ramp, and Civic Centre Ramp for an unbeatable rate of just $4 all day.
