Yamashiro Miami Presents an Elevated New Year’s Eve Experience
Celebrate the end of 2025 at Yamashiro Miami with a high-energy New Year’s Eve experience. Guests may choose between two seatings, each offering a curated four-course menu that begins with Yamashiro favorites including Truffle Edamame, Cucumber Salad, and Tuna Crispy, and concludes with Chawanmushi, and dessert. The first seating, includes the Yamashiro Roll, a main-course choice of Black Cod or Wagyu Vacio 8 oz, complemented by Sweet Potato Purée or Oyster Mushroom. For the second seating, the menu includes additions such as the Golden King Roll, Toro Tartar, and sashimi selections including Yellowtail, Tuna, and Salmon. Entrée includes the Seabass and the Three Kings Platter. The evening will also include a live DJ and dynamic entertainment throughout the night. Enhancements for both seatings include optional 1 oz caviar upgrades and premium beverage experiences, including the Golden Martini Cart, Cognac Cart, and bottle service available throughout the evening. The experience is priced at $150 per person for the first seating (5:00–6:30 PM arrival) and $350 per person for the second seating (9:00–9:45 PM arrival), with each reservation including one bottle of Perrier-Jouët Champagne per two guests.
