This December, Rosemary’s debuts its “5-6-7 Happy Hour,” now available Wednesday through Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. featuring $5 La Rubia by Wynwood Brewing Co., $6 glasses of Rosemary’s Private Label wines, and the refreshing $7 Rosemary’s Spritz.
