Red Rooster Overtown, the acclaimed restaurant by Marcus Samuelsson invites guests to honor Martin Luther King Jr. with a series of special offerings. . From January 15th to January 19th, enjoy the exclusive King’s Jambalaya Dinner Special, a thoughtfully curated feast featuring BBQ Fried Chicken, Jollof Rice, Fish Curry, Collards, Cornbread, and Peanut Chimichurri priced at $110 per guest.
The celebration continues through the weekend with the King Brunch Grand Buffet, available from Saturday, January 18th & Sunday, January 19th. The buffet highlights a wide array of dishes, including a raw bar featuring Oysters on the Half Shell, Island Conch Ceviche, and Shrimp Cocktail, smaller plates like cornbread, deviled eggs, sweet potato hummus, and fried yardbird & waffles; fresh salads such as the African Goddess and Rooster Caesar; delicious entrees such as Flat Iron Steak + Eggs, Shrimp & Grits, Cuban Sandwich, Catch of the Day, Smoked Brisket Hash, Avocado Toast, PB&J French Toast and Scrambled Eggs and indulgent desserts like Seasonal Cobbler, Key Lime Tart, Mud Pie and Pecan Tart. Guests can also enjoy a Champagne & Juice Bar, perfect for celebrating the occasion. Brunch is $55 per adult and $27 per child (12 and younger).
