The McCormick Flavor Night Market will feature more than 30 local food vendors serving food and drinks inspired by the McCormick 2025 Flavor of the Year – Aji Amarillo – a vibrant pepper native to South America featuring fruity tropical notes with moderate heat.
Attendees can also enjoy activities and entertainment such as games and music and visit the McCormick pop-up shop featuring spices fun swag and more.
