Scottsdale Fashion Square Welcomes the Return of the Monday Mixers Workout Series
After a long, hot summer, fitness fans across the Valley are finally able to take their workouts back outdoors in comfort. This autumn, workouts will be cooler than ever when the Monday Mixers series returns to Scottsdale Fashion Square. The first sunset session will be Monday, Sept. 30, and will feature the upbeat moves of Barry’s Bootcamp.
The Monday Mixers series brings together local patrons who enjoy exploring new workouts and appreciate the beauty of a scenic desert sunset. Each session transforms the rooftop of the Purple Garage (located behind Toca Madera, across from Dillard’s) into an outdoor fitness studio with vibrant sunsets and majestic Camelback providing a natural backdrop for a unique experience that nurtures the mind, body and soul.
Following the workout, participants have plenty of time for visiting their favorite Scottsdale Fashion Square retailers and restaurants for a post-workout reward.
Beginners and seasoned pros alike are welcome to join the September session, led by instructors from Barry’s Bootcamp in Scottsdale. Participants can expect best-in-class instructors to push them to be their best with a workout that blends cardio and strength training, all inspired by carefully curated playlists that add energy and inspiration.
