Roasted Winter Squash Soup with maple leaf duck ravioli
The Simple Salad featuring small greens, tomato, cucumber, shaved parm, pesto and spiced pine nuts
Warm Laura Chanel Goat Cheese Salad with Baby Spinach and Frisée, oranges, spiced hazelnuts and sherry molasses vinaigrette
Wild Blue Crab And Gulf Shrimp Cake with fennel apple slaw and lobster jus
Boneless Beef Short Rib with butternut squash and sherry sauce
The Chef’s Caesar Salad with white anchovy, Caesar dressing, crispy prosciutto, grape tomato and arugula pesto
Main Course, choice of one:
Crispy Parmesan and Herb Risotto with roasted mushrooms, baby carrots, broccolini, mild pepper jus
Preserved Cherry-Glazed Breast of Duck with parsnip puree, roasted brussels, baby carrots and 5-spice jus
Wood-Grilled Filet of Black Angus Beef Tenderloin and Wild Blue Crab with citrus emulsion, potato puree, red wine gastrique and baby carrots
Garlic and Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb featuring herbed yellow corn polenta, garlic confit, braised fennel, cured tomatoes and tarragon jus
Pan-Roasted Florida Grouper served with dill spaetzle, capers, tomatoes, wilted spinach, citrus emulsion
Desserts, choice of one:
Grilled Peach Bread Pudding with Preserved Currants and Spice Pecans with vanilla sauce and caramel ice cream
Pumpkin Spice Crème Brûlée with candied pomegranate, citrus and salted caramel
Cranberry Cheesecake with cranberry, and vanilla sauce
The cost for this three-course dinner is $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
