Mother's Day at Roaring Fork


Roaring Fork commemorates Valley mothers on Sunday, May 11th with specialty menu items beginning at 11:00am.  The culinary team will be offering a selection of a la carte brunch items including:

  • French Toast on Texas Toast served with Wild Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
  • Chicken & Waffles with Rosemary Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter
  • Prime Rib served with Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Horseradish Cream
  • Chilaquiles with Salsa Rojo, Eggs and Fresh Crema

 

The regular menu will also be available serving wood-fired favorites such as:

  • Lamb Fondue served with herb marinated lamb chops, white wine fondue, chile pecan bread and roasted squash
  • Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Jalapenos with herbed goat cheese and chipotle remoulade
  • Rotisserie Chicken Flatbread served with basil pesto, pepperjack cheese, poblanos and tomatoes
  • Steak Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic and creamy horseradish dressing
  • Chilean Sea Bass served with asparagus and white wine lemon butter sauce
  • Cedar Plank Salmon with teriyaki glaze, green bean salad and soy butter
  • 8oz. or 12oz. Filet Mignon
