Easter Brunch at Roaring Fork


Roaring Fork will be celebrating the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 5th beginning at 10:00am.  This iconic Scottsdale restaurant will be serving specialty brunch items until 2:00pm including:

Prime Rib served with Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Horseradish Cream $46

Chicken & Waffles with Rosemary Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter $24

NY Strip Benedict served with Hollandaise, Poached Eggs and Roasted Potatoes $28

Banana Fosters Pancakes $18

Chorizo Hash with 110 Minute Egg, Potatoes, Onions, Poblano, Oaxaca Cheese, and Flour Tortillas $20

 

Guests can also enjoy Roaring Fork’s signature cocktails, including the Raging Rita, The Roaring Ruby, Peach Palmer, the Espresso Martini and the signature Huckleberry Margarita. Following brunch service, Roaring Fork will resume its full dinner menu beginning at 2:00pm featuring:

Steak Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic, and creamy horseradish dressing

Shrimp & Grits with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo, and fried egg

Green Chili Pork Stew with pepperjack cheese and warm buttered flour tortillas

Duroc Pork Chop with maple mustard glaze, sweet potato mash and apple chutney

Rotisserie Chicken with cornbread stuffing, green beans, and lemon garlic jus

Ahi Tuna seared rare with chimichurri, marinated tomatoes and avocado salad, topped with a citrus vinaigrette
