Roaring Fork in Scottsdale will be celebrating the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 20th beginning at 11:00am. This iconic Scottsdale restaurant will be serving specialty brunch items until 2:00pm including:
- Prime Rib served with Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Horseradish Cream
- Chicken & Waffles with Rosemary Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter
- French Toast on Texas Toast served with Wild Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
- Chilaquiles with Salsa Rojo, Eggs and Fresh Crema
The regular menu will also be available serving wood-fired favorites such as:
- Skillet Cornbread with whipped agave butter
- Smoked Chicken Wings with celery and ranch dressing
- Steak Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic, and creamy horseradish dressing
- Shrimp & Grits with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo oil, and fried egg
- Green Chili Pork with warm flour tortillas
- Duroc Pork Chop with maple mustard glaze, sweet potato mash and apple chutney
