Easter Brunch at Roaring Fork


Roaring Fork in Scottsdale will be celebrating the Easter holiday on Sunday, April 20th beginning at 11:00am.  This iconic Scottsdale restaurant will be serving specialty brunch items until 2:00pm including:

  • Prime Rib served with Yukon Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus, and Horseradish Cream
  • Chicken & Waffles with Rosemary Maple Syrup and Whipped Butter
  • French Toast on Texas Toast served with Wild Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
  • Chilaquiles with Salsa Rojo, Eggs and Fresh Crema

 

The regular menu will also be available serving wood-fired favorites such as:

  • Skillet Cornbread with whipped agave butter
  • Smoked Chicken Wings with celery and ranch dressing
  • Steak Salad with mixed greens, tomatoes, blue cheese, candied walnuts, mushrooms, balsamic, and creamy horseradish dressing
  • Shrimp & Grits with cheddar grits, sweet corn butter, chorizo oil, and fried egg
  • Green Chili Pork with warm flour tortillas
  • Duroc Pork Chop with maple mustard glaze, sweet potato mash and apple chutney
  • Rotisserie Chicken with cornbread stuffing, brussels sprouts, and lemon garlic jus
  • Ahi Tuna seared rare with chimichurri, marinated tomatoes and avocado salad, topped with a citrus vinaigrette
