Baseball Block Party in Downtown Mesa
Join us for the 2nd Annual Baseball Block Party as we celebrate the opening weekend of spring training in Downtown Mesa! This free, family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, February 22, 2025, from 11 AM to 4 PM at Macdonald & Main Street. Enjoy live music by Chuck E. Baby & the All-Stars, face painting by Fun 2 See Facepainting, and exciting kid-friendly activities. Baseball fans can test their skills with batting cage and pitching tunnel inflatables, while adults can relax at the on-site beer garden and grab a bite from a variety of food trucks.
The event will also feature a live Q&A with PHNX Diamondbacks Podcast Host Derek Montilla, along with a Corbin Carroll and Lourdes Gurriel Jr. lookalike contest, where participants have a chance to win Diamondbacks tickets and other exciting prizes. Special guests include ASU Mascot Sparky and Diamondbacks Mascot Baxter, and attendees will have opportunities to win Cubs baseball tickets and more.
