This series presents three unique dining experiences highlighting the culinary creations of Chef Anthony (Chula South Scottsdale), Chef Moniqe (Chula Grayhawk) and Chef Kyle (Chula Uptown). Tour dates and details are as follows:
First Stop: Chula South Scottsdale
Tour Date: Wednesday, July 23
Ticket Presale Date: July 11 at 10 a.m.
The Chula Seafood Summer Tour kicks off with an Italian-inspired family-style dinner prepared by Chef Anthony featuring Oysters Florentine, Rigatoni Alla Fiorentina and Ribeye Parmesan. The cost for this experience begins at $120++ for two. Diners can choose from two seating times—5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Second Stop: Chula Grayhawk
Tour Date: Thursday, Aug. 14
Ticket Presale Date: July 25 at 10 a.m.
The next stop on the tour takes place at Chula Grayhawk, where Chef Moniqe takes diners on a deep dive into Mexico-City inspired cuisine. This plated five-course dinner features Aguachile Scallops, Roasted Duck with Sweet Potato and Café de Olla Affogato. The price for this experience begins at $80++ per person, with an optional wine pairing opportunity for an additional cost. Two seating times will be offered: 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Third Stop: Chula Uptown
Tour Date: Monday, Sept. 15
Ticket Presale Date: Aug. 22 at 10 a.m.
The final tour stop pulls into Chula Uptown for an unforgettable meal prepared by Chef Kyle. This Korean Street Food-inspired to-go feast features Korean Fried Chicken (aka Kyle’s Fried Chicken), Tteokbokki, Gimbap and Sweet Potato Hand Pies. This meal feeds two people for $65++ and comes ready to serve. Pickup begins after 4 p.m.
