Join us for a special fall beer pairing dinner where each course by The Italian Buffalo chef is purposefully paired with a Bone Haus beer! For your $55 ticket, you will be served a delicious meal prepared by Chef Holly, designed in coordination with Rachel Benkowski, our Level 2 Cicerone for a very unique adventure of the palate. Rachel will guide you through each course of the meal, helping you understand the pairings, and she will be there to answer questions about brewing, beer history and so much more!
The menu is as follows:
1st Course Sausage and fontina galette with apple mostarda and IPA beer mustard paired with Sendling Hill Festbier
2nd Course Wild boar and porcini ragu with pappardelle paired with Legend of the Red Ghost Red Ale
3rd Course Market fish of the day over a braised fennel risotto. Served with blistered tomatoes, crispy Panchetta and lemon buerre blanc paired with Von Wulfen's Honor Vienna Lager
4th Course Pumpkin chai tiramisu paired with Pistols of Roulette Coffee Vanilla Stout
